It is fairly clean and reasonably spacious hotel, the staff are informative and location in nearby square is marvellous. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with great showers, a balcony and care about everyone. Overall fantastic food, plus there is Bebedouro-Wine and food close by.

thanks very much all for a fantastic stay on holidays. it was a marvellous location for us, so close to airport bus, shops and baixa-chiado metro and alfama. spent our evenings in nearby bebedouro-wine and food, especially when it was very hot outside.

Clean and modern hotel facilities.
My experience was frustrating due to a non-working air conditioner. We requested help multiple times over our five-day stay, yet nothing was resolved. The staff treated us poorly, as if we were incompetent, and we endured heat rather than comfort. Breakfast was ordered in advance. What a hassle!

The facts without the fluff
This hotel shines in its prime location, allowing easy walking access to very nice attractions and restaurants. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, but minor noise from the trams could be an issue for light sleepers. Worth noting is the friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the excellent location for exploring nearby cafes and restaurants. The shower pressure was great, and Antonia, one of the receptionists, brightened our mornings. My grandchild enjoyed the spacious twin room with street view.
In my wife's opinion, breakfast options were limited and could be more family-friendly.

The room was pretty neat, spacious for a boutique hotel. Bed felt amazing and definitely helped me sleep well. Nice touches like a good shower with strong water pressure, a must! Air conditioning worked perfectly despite the heat outside. I loved the clean vibe and how well it was decorated. Just the right amount of cozy without feeling cramped.
